DATA REFINEMENT: DECAY PROTOCOL
Numbers are decaying. If they hit 0, data will corrupt the sector.
1. Click a number to select it's matching cluster.
2. Drag and drop clusters into the correct target bins at the bottom.
3. Refine the data before the shift timer runs out.
